So a month or so ago when I was writing a letter to my Grampy I suddenly remembered that he had a new computer. So I gave him the address to my baking blog for if he ever got bored and wanted to look it up.
Well I guess he shows it to all of his buddies and the caretakes, teehee. They made my Nutella Raspberry Trifle recipe but asked for more diabetic-friendly recipes. So this was my first diabetic-friendly dessert, and I’m excited to try more! Making low-fat, low-sugar recipes can’t be bad for me either!
I used to be afraid of anything low-fat/sugar-free because I thought the taste would be compromised. But after meeting my husband I learned that that’s not true at all! He’s all about low-fat options.
So here’s to a new low-fat start:
