Goal #4 on my 30 before 30 list: Eat at a Hidemi Sugino/Pierre Herme patisserie.
Well one of them should happen by the end of the summer (Air Force-willing). I am pushing to go to NY for a family reunion, but hubby is pushing to go to Japan. We will see who wins, but either way I should get to eat my favorite chefs’ treats.
Until then I decided I could maybe try one of their treats at home. This is a variation of Hidemi Sugino’s Fruit Rouges.
