Sushi Night

Asian food is not easily found in this town, but we got a tempura roll tonight that was deeelish.

But it was $8, so hubby and I were lamenting how we could get it so much cheaper if we were in Asia 🙁

And then I thought…I could probably make this! The only tricky part is the sauce. But there have got to be some good recipes floating around the web somewhere.
