I’ve literally been eating Korean EVERY day for the last 2 weeks. Guess I am making up for the last two years I was without.
But hubby told me today: “You know how you like Japanese food but can’t eat it every day? I am the same with Korean.”
Oops!
So I have a new plan: I am going to do what my own mother used to do while I was growing up (she probably still does this…). She used to make these huge, beautiful meals for our family but then watch us eat it, while she ate rice and kimchi. Lol.
