Thailand Part 2: Chiang Mai + Phuket

Uncategorized March 16, 2015

Hey guys, we have just a few more days in Thailand before going home. It’s been a long, full trip and I’m ready to get back to my fur babies and the comfort of my own house.

Here are some highlights from Chiang Mai and Phuket, and I plan on doing a full recap of recommendations in my next post when the trip is over:

-Cooking class in Chiang Mai with Thai Farm Cooking School. I absolutely loved this, and would recommend it to anyone, even if you think you don’t enjoy cooking. This cooking school was located in this jungle oasis which was awesome; they had their own gardens that they took all of their ingredients from, too cool! The class was fun and laid-back, and the food was delish.

-Petting the baby tigers in Phuket. This actually was slightly anticlimactic, sadly. I would recommend going to the tiger zoo in Chiang Mai instead. We ran out of time there, that’s why I went in Phuket, but I feel like I might have had a slightly better experience had I gone in Chiang Mai. Still, the babies were so sweet and snuggly. They climbed onto the trainer’s lap and kept biting his shirt, so cute ^.^
