Just an hour south of Santa Cruz is Monterey so we added that into our trip along the coast. We’ve been there once before, so we did all the things we missed the first time: the Monterey Bay Aquarium and the “17-mile drive” which is a scenic drive along the shoreline. But we also went back to some of the places we loved the first time: Ocean Sushi Deli which has a delicious chashu ramen bowl with lots of lean chashu, Parker-Lusseau Pastries, and an Italian cafe Caffe Trieste that has the yummiest spaghetti’s.
We love visiting these NorCal beaches, they are so blue and beautiful. Day 2 of our stay-cay I wore these shoes from Famous Footwear. I wish the sun didn’t glare off of them in my photos so much because you can’t see the pretty detailing.
