I’ve been looking for a good sea salt spray since last year. Lots of people gave me recommendations but I never bit the bullet for some reason. So this is the year! I have one now, and I’m real excited about it. This John Frieda® one is perfect and smells yummy like coconut, and they carry it at Walmart (here) so you know it’s a great price too. I grabbed the entire line so that I could have the whole beach hair experience:

the John Frieda™ Beach Blonde™ Cool Dip™ Shampoo,
Smooth Seas™ conditioner,
and the Sea Waves™ Sea Salt Spray.

Then I used the spray on day-old curls; it added some texture and gave me a tousled beach-y look. Although the line is called John Frieda® Beach Blonde™ it obvi works for any color hair, even on my half Asian air. Tell me what you think:

  8. I may need to try this, I have dry hair, when I go to the beach I keep it braided, but afterwards shampoo and condition but it is wild, sticking out doesn't hold curls.

  43. I just recently heard about that but I have not tried any sea salt sprays. Will definitely check it out before I chop off my hair.

  50. Your beach hair looks fantastic, and I love this beach look as well! Right now I'm using Kevin Murphy Resort Spray for beach hair, but when it runs out I might try this–it's more affordable!

  51. I love the touseled beachy look. It's what my hair wants to do (mostly) naturally. I love that this is in and there are products to help make it all the way into the look. #client
