Singapore Eats: Artistry Cafe

Uncategorized October 12, 2015

We ate at so many delicious spots in Singapore. My favorites were when we met up with old friends and they brought us to their favorite restaurants; I had some gooood seafood in Singapore. Many thanks to Julie at Jewels Wandering and all my Instagram buddies for the recommendations!

For the most part we ate the cheap, delicious street food. Think: soursop shaved ice, bek kwa aka the best pork jerky ever, and all the fresh tropical fruit and juice you could ever want. But we did stop by some actual restaurants. This was one cafe we enjoyed called Artistry Cafe. It’s kind of like an art gallery/cafe mixed into one, and it’s small so the main table inside is communal. Basically it was very hipster but very cool, and the food was delish. I got the PB&J french toast and hubby got the chili crab burger. Nom.

I had chili crab once on the trip and it was delicious! Our friend took us to an amazing seafood restaurant (probably very pricy 🙁 his parents paid and we felt bad >.<), fed us a million Singaporean + Chinese dishes and it was amaze-balls. I didn't know I would love the food so much

Haha I've never been to this cafe before even though I'm a Singaporean, but I do know that trying anything chilli crab flavored is a must. 🙂 Did you also try the chilli crab flavored puffs from Old Chang Kee? So glad you enjoyed our food!
