Grilled Pineapple Salad

Grilled Pineapple Salad
Serves 4

  • 1 ripe pineapple, cut into rounds
  • 3 Tbsp cup feta cheese
  • 3 Tbsp mint, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp honey
Directions:
Combine the lime juice and honey in a small bowl. Place your pineapple rounds onto a serving platter. Drizzle with the sauce, then sprinkle with feta cheese and chopped mint. Enjoy!
