Goal #9 on my 30 before 30 list: Make my house pretty.
I don’t know if that will ever happen but I will make my baby steps anyway đŸ™‚
So I have this Pottery Barn frame with burlap matting that I just love (this one!). Thinking about it, I realized it was something I could probably do myself. I found this pretty burlap with gold polka dots at JoAnn’s (on sale) and everything else is from Walmart, so it was cheap to make and so easy!
My eventual goal: a room to myself with a sewing table, a photography table and a vanity. Think all white with pink and gold trim. Ahh, to dream.

Need:
-cheap frame with matting (mine was a black 11x14in frame that fits a 4x6in photo)
-desired fabric
-spray paint (if you need to paint your frame)
-spray adhesive
-scissors/rotary cutter (or both)

Spray paint your frame ahead of time to give it time to dry. For the mat, cut your fabric about an inch larger around than the mat.

Make sure your fabric is laying very flat (wrong side up). Spray your mat with the adhesive in a well-ventilated area and press down flat on the fabric.
