Made these for my book club over the weekend.
Anyone else do a book club? In my experience, they are just excuses to get together, have “mature” conversation, and make/eat fun food.
This time we did a Cafe Rio salad bar (it’s connected to the book), which was so fun. I made the crispy tortilla strips. If there is one thing I crave from my Utah days it’s the food. Here’s to hoping they have a Cafe Rio in Cali.
But on top of the crispy tortilla strips, I also made a dessert. Unneeded, because there were like 4 huge desserts for the 8 or so people but…no one complained, especially not me lol.
