Best Recipes 2015

Uncategorized December 28, 2015

It’s been a crazy crazy month. Got sick again somehow. I’m not one to get sick easily so it was quite unexpected, but perhaps it’s a warning from my body because I haven’t been taking care of it very well the past two months. Thank goodness for New Years resolutions.

I love New Years because besides new goals, I also get to look back on my progress over the past year. This year on my blog I’ve felt so fortunate to work with so many brands that I adore, and they’ve pushed me to be more creative and take greater pride in my work. Recently I was chosen as a 2016 ambassador for Mars Inc., and it was just the cherry on top of an awesome year.

Below I made a collection of my best recipes of 2015: the first list is most popular recipes on my blog, and the second list is of my personal favorites, so there is a bit of overlap. What were your favorite accomplishments from 2015?

pumpkin cheesecake, granola tart, healthy breakfast tart, quaker oats, peanut chocolate tart, japanese cake roll, big hero 6 dessert, snack packs recipe, easter kid dessert, japanese cheesecake, souffle cheesecake recipe, charlotte recipe chocolate raspberry, tuna kimbap recipe, hawaiian chicken bowl recipe, lds mormon food blogger, california san francisco bay area food blogger, asian food blogger, korean japanese, military spouse blogger

Thank you! FYI the fish tacos I made with Trader Joe's frozen fish nuggets which are delicious (I couldn't mention them in the post since it was sponsored by Hunt's)

Stay well Gina! My largest achievement would be the traveling experiences I had! The oppurtunity to travel for work & for personal reasons and ability to juggle both my career & blog is amazing. Get well soon and have a wonderful 2016 x

OK.. I already have a terrible sweet tooth and now I am afraid it has been exacerbated!! I didn't even think it was possible. You've done it Gina, you've done it! I hope you plan to start a bakery in 2016 because without a doubt it would be a slamming success. I haven't tried any of these treats yet but we could definitely change that.. You could send me some? 😉 Happy New Year to you lovely!!

Hope you get well soon, you should be very proud of yourself!

This past year I'm most proud of myself for starting my YouTube Channel and learning how to brand myself as a Makeup Artist- I still have a way to go before I reach my ultimate goals but I have surely been taking the right steps and swallowing a lot of my fears with inspiration from people like you I feel 2016 will be an even better year!

Congrats on all of your accomplishments my dear all to come for the new year! xx
